Majed Anwar Bakhurji
A licensed lawyer at Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultations. He holds a Ph.D. in International Commercial Arbitration from the International College of Economics and Political Science, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Jeddah, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King Abdulaziz University. To further consolidate his expertise in alternative dispute resolution, he has also acquired a Professional Certificate in Sports Dispute Arbitration from the International Academy for Mediation and Arbitration (IAMA).
Mahmoud El Sherbeny
I hold a Bachelor of Laws from Mansoura University, obtained in 2012, and I am a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. I have been working as a Legal Consultant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2015. I am also an affiliate member of the Saudi Bar Association. Throughout my legal career, I have worked on various types of cases across different areas of law. My professional principle in the legal profession is that “rights are claimed through determination; they are not simply granted.” I was honoured to join the team of Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultancy in January 2024.
Abdulrahman Hani Badreeq
I am a Licensed Lawyer holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Abdulaziz University, and a Master’s degree from King Abdulaziz University, obtained in 2026. I work at Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultancy, where I serve as Head of the Debt Recovery Department. I have a broad interest in various types of legal matters, with a particular focus on commercial law, labor law, and real estate disputes-related laws. I also manage and follow up on debt recovery and financial claims files, including document review, legal position assessment, preparation of claims, and supporting clients in choosing the most appropriate path to pursue their rights in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations. Through my work, I aim to serve clients with professionalism and efficiency, contribute to protecting their interests, and strengthen their legal position through practical legal support aligned with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Khaled Afifi
Legal Counsel with more than 35 years of practical experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to my earlier legal practice in Egypt. I hold a Bachelor of Laws from Mansoura University, obtained in 1984, and I am admitted as a lawyer before the Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court in Egypt, in addition to being a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. I have extensive experience in reviewing and handling civil, administrative, criminal, commercial, labor, construction, and arbitration matters. My work includes preparing statements of claim, defense memoranda, and appeal submissions. I also have significant experience in drafting and reviewing commercial, civil, labor, construction, and FIDIC contracts, as well as providing legal and Sharia-related advice to companies, institutions, and individuals.
Suhail Abdulrahman Sorour
Trainee Lawyer at Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultancy. I hold a bachelor’s degree in law from King Abdulaziz University with First-Class Honors. My professional interests focus on commercial law, corporate matters, bankruptcy, commercial transactions, and maritime commercial law, supported by specialized training and legal development. Through my work, I aim to contribute to precise and practical legal outcomes that support clients’ interests and strengthen their legal position.
Lamar Bakhurji
Trainee Lawyer at Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultancy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Ras Al Hikma University, obtained in 2026. My professional interest focuses on business law, including contracts, corporate matters, and commercial transactions. I am committed to developing my practical legal experience through legal research, document review, and supporting the legal team in various legal tasks. I aim to build a professional path based on continuous learning, precision, and discipline, while contributing to structured legal support that serves clients’ interests and enhances the quality of legal work within the firm.
Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Gawad
I am a Legal Counsel with a Bachelor of Laws from Tanta University, where I graduated among the top of my class in 2016, and a master’s degree in law obtained in 2018. I have more than eight years of legal experience in legal advisory, contract drafting and review, legal risk management, governance, compliance, and corporate representation before judicial authorities. I also have experience in supporting executive management, preparing internal policies and regulations, and handling legal matters related to individuals, companies, trade, employment, and investment.
Mohamed Fathy Elwan
Accountant at Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultancy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting, from Alexandria University in 1985. I have extensive accounting experience in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, including my work with Riyadh House, part of Al Jeraisy Group, before joining the firm in 2014. Through my experience, I support the firm’s financial, accounting, and administrative operations with professionalism and reliability.
Mohannd Ashraf Mehdy
I am a Legal Counsel holding a Bachelor of Laws from London South Bank University in the United Kingdom, and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of East London. My professional interests focus on business-related legal matters, particularly corporate law, capital markets, and financial technology, together with the commercial and regulatory issues connected to these fields. I have more than two years of experience working with leading law firms in Egypt. I am honored to be part of Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultancy, where I aim to provide legal support that combines regulatory understanding with practical awareness of clients’ needs, helping them make clear and informed legal decisions.
Yazan Sami Bahassan
I am a Trainee Lawyer with a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law at King Abdulaziz University with Second-Class Honors. I have experience in following up and supporting legal matters, particularly commercial cases and personal status matters. My work focuses on legal research, document review, and supporting the legal team in preparing memoranda and following up on procedures to contribute to the quality of legal services provided to clients.
