Dr. Anwar Ali Bakhurji is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultancy. He is a lawyer and legal consultant with more than thirty years of experience in the legal field in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.\nDr. Bakhurji obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Abdulaziz University in 1994, followed by a Master’s degree in Law from King Abdulaziz University in 2006. He also obtained a PhD in International Law from Ambassador University in the United States.\nThroughout his career, Dr. Bakhurji has developed extensive legal experience across professional practice, legal management, arbitration, legal writing, and academic training.\nIn 2008, Dr. Bakhurji founded Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultancy with a professional vision focused on providing legal services that combine strong legal knowledge, practical understanding of clients’ needs, and a disciplined approach to handling legal matters with clarity, precision, and awareness of risk.\nHis professional experience covers a wide range of legal and advisory matters, including commercial, corporate, regulatory, and dispute-related files. He has contributed as a writer and legal consultant to several local newspapers, publishing legal articles and commentary on topics related to Saudi regulations, business environment, legal developments, and matters affecting individuals and companies.\nHe has also contributed to legal awareness through participation in legal and professional events, in addition to his role as a lecturer at the College of Tourism at King Abdulaziz University. Majed Anwar Bakhurji
A licensed lawyer at Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultations. He holds a Ph.D. in International Commercial Arbitration from the International College of Economics and Political Science, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Jeddah, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King Abdulaziz University. To further consolidate his expertise in alternative dispute resolution, he has also acquired a Professional Certificate in Sports Dispute Arbitration from the International Academy for Mediation and Arbitration (IAMA).
Mahmoud El Sherbeny
I hold a Bachelor of Laws from Mansoura University, obtained in 2012, and I am a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. I have been working as a Legal Consultant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2015. I am also an affiliate member of the Saudi Bar Association. Throughout my legal career, I have worked on various types of cases across different areas of law. My professional principle in the legal profession is that “rights are claimed through determination; they are not simply granted.” I was honoured to join the team of Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultancy in January 2024.
Abdulrahman Hani Badreeq
I am a Licensed Lawyer holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Abdulaziz University, and a Master’s degree from King Abdulaziz University, obtained in 2026. I work at Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultancy, where I serve as Head of the Debt Recovery Department. I have a broad interest in various types of legal matters, with a particular focus on commercial law, labor law, and real estate disputes-related laws. I also manage and follow up on debt recovery and financial claims files, including document review, legal position assessment, preparation of claims, and supporting clients in choosing the most appropriate path to pursue their rights in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations. Through my work, I aim to serve clients with professionalism and efficiency, contribute to protecting their interests, and strengthen their legal position through practical legal support aligned with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Haifa Abdulrahman Badraiq
I serve as the Administrative and Financial Manager at Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultancy. I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Human Resources, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University. I have diverse experience in administrative and financial management, training, human resources, public relations, and professional development. I am also a certified trainer and family consultant, with experience in etiquette, protocol, and professional communication. Through my role, I support the firm’s administrative and financial operations and contribute to strengthening internal organization and institutional performance.
Ahmed Alharbi
Trainee Lawyer with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Abdulaziz University, obtained in 2025. I aim to develop my legal and practical skills through legal research, file follow-up, and professional exposure within a specialized legal environment. I am committed to building a legal career based on seriousness, discipline, continuous learning, and legal knowledge.
Joud Bakhurji
Licensed Lawyer with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Al Asala University, obtained in 2024. My practical focus is on litigation-related work and supporting the legal team in case analysis, particularly in commercial and employment matters. I continue to develop my legal experience through research, analysis, drafting legal memoranda and documents, and contributing to structured legal support that serves clients’ interests.
Haneen Bakodah
Licensed Lawyer and an Accredited Notary certified by the Ministry of Justice. I am also a member of the Saudi Bar Association and advise on labor-related matters. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, obtained in 2018. I have experience in litigation and legal advisory work across various types of cases, with a particular focus on commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, bankruptcy matters, and liquidation cases. In my work, I focus on combining regulatory knowledge with practical case management. I am also a specialized Legal Consultant in bankruptcy matters, including reviewing legal positions, analyzing financial obligations, and supporting clients in dealing with the procedures and regulatory requirements, in a manner that supports the protection of their interests and the selection of the most appropriate legal path under Saudi laws and regulations.
Khaled Afifi
Legal Counsel with more than 35 years of practical experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to my earlier legal practice in Egypt. I hold a Bachelor of Laws from Mansoura University, obtained in 1984, and I am admitted as a lawyer before the Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court in Egypt, in addition to being a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. I have extensive experience in reviewing and handling civil, administrative, criminal, commercial, labor, construction, and arbitration matters. My work includes preparing statements of claim, defense memoranda, and appeal submissions. I also have significant experience in drafting and reviewing commercial, civil, labor, construction, and FIDIC contracts, as well as providing legal and Sharia-related advice to companies, institutions, and individuals.

I am a Legal Counsel with a Bachelor of Laws from Tanta University, where I graduated among the top of my class in 2016, and a master’s degree in law obtained in 2018. I have more than eight years of legal experience in legal advisory, contract drafting and review, legal risk management, governance, compliance, and corporate representation before judicial authorities. I also have experience in supporting executive management, preparing internal policies and regulations, and handling legal matters related to individuals, companies, trade, employment, and investment.
Mohamed Fathy Elwan
Accountant at Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm & Legal Consultancy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting, from Alexandria University in 1985. I have extensive accounting experience in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, including my work with Riyadh House, part of Al Jeraisy Group, before joining the firm in 2014. Through my experience, I support the firm’s financial, accounting, and administrative operations with professionalism and reliability.
Mohannd Ashraf Mehdy
I am a Legal Counsel holding a Bachelor of Laws from London South Bank University in the United Kingdom, and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of East London. My professional interests focus on business-related legal matters, particularly corporate law, capital markets, and financial technology, together with the commercial and regulatory issues connected to these fields. I have more than two years of experience working with leading law firms in Egypt. I am a Lawyer holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates, and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. I have more than five years of legal experience, with a particular focus on labor and commercial laws, in addition to my experience working as in-house counsel for companies. My work includes providing legal support to executive teams, reviewing contracts and legal documents, following up on regulatory obligations, and assessing legal risks connected to operational and commercial decisions.
Prof. Dr. Mohamed El-Naggar
Professor at the Faculty of Sharia and Law at the University of Minnesota in the United States, and a Senior Legal Consultant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I have extensive academic and professional experience in law, arbitration, international contracts, and commercial and construction-related agreements. Serve as a lecturer at the Arab Court of Arbitration of the League of Arab States, and as an arbitration expert in cross-border international banking contracts. I also have specialized expertise in construction contracts and FIDIC-based agreements. Served as a Professor at the Egyptian Police Academy and as Head of the Human Rights Departments at Rashid University. Through my experience, I aim to provide legal insight that combines academic depth with practical expertise, supporting the review of complex legal and arbitration matters and contributing to professional solutions based on careful analysis and specialized understanding.
Ahmed Abdul Rahim Elmoghazy
Holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (1990) from Mansoura University, registered with the Bar Association at the High Courts of Appeal and State Council in Egypt. Practiced advocacy for 17 years in Egypt, and served as a legal consultant for 17 years in Saudi Arabia. Professional in providing optimal defense strategies in civil, administrative, and commercial cases, as well as criminal and Sharia cases concerning endowments and estate division. Distinguished in providing legal consultations, dealing professionally with clients, and mastering the drafting of all types of contracts, lawsuits, briefs, and appeals for all levels of courts and judicial bodies.
Ahmed Ali Asiri
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from King Abdulaziz University with excellent grade and second-class honors. Also holds a Master's degree in Law from Southern Methodist University in the United States. Worked as a trainee lawyer in Saudi Arabia in 2018, then as a legal assistant in a US law firm in 2021, and currently as a lawyer at Anwar Ali Bakhurji Law Firm and Legal Consultations. Obtained several local and international legal courses. Handled many commercial, labor, family, and criminal cases.
